Firstly i would like to say that I´m not used to write in English, so, if you see any grammatical error please let me know, as way as I can improve my writing.
So, Why did I decided to put this informaiton in English?
I don't know. I just saw that the web page was writing in English, so I said to my self "why not?" :P. Although is an spanish subject I think that it is not bad to put some information in English.
I really enjoy this text because it explain about how the civil engineerings will be in the future. Also is kind of funny because in a couple of years I´ll be working as a civil engineering. And that is so exciting!!
The Summit on the Future of Civil Engineering in 2025 represented an ambitious step on the road to that new future. Participants asked: What will the civil engineering world be like 20 years from now? What aspirational role will civil engineers play in that radically transformed world?. I think these are very interesting questions because, everybody think that the future will be with enormous structures and all that stuff. But who guarantees that this will happen?. This is the question that the future generations and the current generations will need to respond.
Clearly, looking ahead toward the unknown presents considerable risk. But there are a lot of examples that show that looking for the future is a good idea. One of them is The Capital Gate that is located in Abu Dhabi, one of the cities that invest heavily in constrution. The Capital Gate Tower has been built at the angle of18 degrees westwards more than four times that of the world famous Leaning Tower of Pisa and, earned the Guinness recognition after rigorous evaluation by the Awards Committee since January 2010.But the imprtant thing here is to see if those constructions are helping to the environment. in the way that they contaminate less than other constructions. Studies show that these kind of structures could alberge about 35,000.00 people, as you can see this is a lot!!. Now imagine that in 50 years from now the population of some city will need to have a place to live, but they don't have more space to build because there are a lot of population, this could be a great solution, because you don't need a lot of space to build an structure like this.
Ingeniería Civil en el 2025. Una mirada hacia el futuro.

En esta ocasión , voy a tratar de explicar acerca de la página web que leí, pero como pueden ver voy a ponerlo en modo Inglés :) . ( Voy a poner el texto en español al final de la entrada ).
En primer lugar me gustaría decir que no estoy acostumbrado a escribir en Inglés , por lo que , si ven cualquier error gramatical por favor hágamelo saber , como forma en que pueda mejorar mi escritura.
Así que , ¿Por qué me decidí a poner este información en Inglés ?No se. Solo vi que la página web estaba escrita en Inglés , así que me dije a mi mismo " ¿por qué no ? " : P. Aunque es una materia de Español creo que no está nada mal para poner alguna información en Inglés.
Me gusta mucho este texto , ya que explica cómo la ingeniería civil estará en el futuro. También es un poco raro porque en unos años voy a estar trabajando como ingeniero civil. Y eso es tan emocionante !
La Cumbre sobre el Futuro de la Ingeniería Civil en 2025 representó un paso ambicioso en el camino hacia ese nuevo futuro. Los participantes preguntaron : ¿Cómo será el mundo de la ingeniería civil, sea como 20 años a partir de ahora? ¿Qué papel aspiracional jugarán los ingenieros civiles en ese mundo radicalmente transformado ? . Creo que estas son preguntas muy interesantes porque , todo el mundo piensa que el futuro será de enormes estructuras y todas esas cosas. Pero, ¿Quién garantiza que esto va a suceder ? . Esta es la pregunta que las futuras generaciones y las generaciones actuales tendrán que responder.
Es evidente que , dar cara hacia lo desconocido presenta un riesgo considerable. Pero hay una gran cantidad de ejemplos que muestran que mirar para el futuro es una buena idea. Uno de ellos es Capital Gate , que se encuentra en Abu Dhabi, una de las ciudades que invierten fuertemente en construtión . La torre Capital Gate se ha construido en el ángulo of18 grados hacia el oeste más de cuatro veces la de la famosa torre inclinada de Pisa y , obtuvo el reconocimiento Guinness después de una rigurosa evaluación por el Comité de Premios desde enero de 2010,
Pero la parte importante aquí es ver si estas construcciones están ayudando o son amigables con el medio ambiente, en el modo en que estos edificios contaminen menos que los convencionales. Estudios demuestran que este tipo de estructuras pueden albergar acerca de 35,000.00 personas, como pueden ver eso en mucho!!. Hora imaginen que en 50 años la población de alguna ciudad va a necesitar algún lugar donde vivir pero ellos no tienen más lugar para construir casas, debido a la sobrepoblación, esta podría ser una buena solución, porque no se necesita mucho espacio para construir una estructura como esta.
